2×
Football, movement and team spirit. Twice a week, reliably.
2026
The challenge is running now. Whatever comes in over these weeks goes into this season's sessions.

The problem
A lack of movement, barriers to education and weak social skills reinforce one another. In one Düsseldorf district, 27% of children live in poverty, against a city average of 18%. Only 23.7% go on to higher education, compared with 49.9% across Düsseldorf.
That is exactly what we are raising money for: we fund a Sport for Good Session there and take away the cost, the distance and the doubt that keep children off the pitch.
Figures from Germany
Education
1 in 4
children cannot read properly by the end of year four. Educational success still depends heavily on family background.
Movement
26%
of children reach the WHO target for daily physical activity. Health and concentration suffer with it.
Social
17%
of children show mental health concerns. Life skills are missing and there is more conflict in schools.
The three reinforce one another. The result: untapped potential and a widening social gap, a risk for society, democracy and the economy.

Mission
We unlock opportunities for children to transform their lives
Every child comes along, whatever their money, postcode or background.
Clubs, coaches and donors stand behind the same team.
Children in motion, with the ball at their feet and a place in the team.
Who we are
We are Josia, Zhejun, Önay, Florian and Young, five MBA students at WHU. We bring together our values, perspectives and expertise to give children a season of sport.
As part of the Future Leaders Fundraising Challenge 2026 we are raising money in favor of Laureus Sport for Good. We are not writing a case study about it: every contribution ends up where it pays for training sessions, balls and a place in the team.
